This exceptional symphony, featuring the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra (JLCO) with Wynton Marsalis, in collaboration with the esteemed Melbourne Symphony Orchestra (MSO) conducted by Nicholas Buc, is now available for digital streaming on all major platforms.
Recorded live at Hamer Hall in Melbourne, Australia, in 2019, Wynton Marsalis ‘The Jungle’ Symphony, encapsulates the vibrant essence of New York City. Inspired by the metropolis, Marsalis’s symphony masterfully explores the paradoxes that define the city—where wealth and poverty, romance and grit, and growth and stagnation coexist harmoniously.
